At Archimex Shop, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our returns policy is designed to provide fair and transparent guidelines for situations where you may need to return a product or request a refund.
Important Note for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items (software licenses, games, subscriptions) are generally final once the product key has been revealed or the content has been downloaded. However, we do offer limited refund options in specific circumstances as outlined below.
Our returns and refunds policy varies depending on the type of product purchased:

Digital Products Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, we have a specialized return policy for these items:
Eligible Scenarios for Digital Product Refunds
- Non-functioning Product Key: If your product key does not work and our technical team confirms the issue, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
- Technical Incompatibility: If the software is incompatible with your system despite meeting all the stated system requirements, and our technical team confirms this incompatibility.
- Undelivered Digital Product: If you did not receive your digital product and it's not available in your account dashboard.
Non-Eligible Scenarios
- Product keys that have been activated or redeemed.
- Software that has been downloaded and installed (except in cases of proven technical incompatibility).
- Changed your mind or found a better deal elsewhere.
- Purchased the wrong product (though we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis).
Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Each case is reviewed individually by our team to determine eligibility.
Physical Products Returns
For physical products in our Gadgets category, we offer a standard 30-day return policy:
Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and free items that came with the product must be included
- The product must be in new, unused condition
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process for Physical Items
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Subscriptions & Services
For subscription-based products and services, the following return policy applies:
Cancellation Period
You may cancel a subscription within 14 days of purchase for a pro-rated refund, provided you have not used the service extensively. After the 14-day period, you can still cancel the subscription to prevent future billing, but no refund will be provided for the current billing period.
Auto-Renewal Subscriptions
Many of our subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your account dashboard. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the charge for assistance.

Click "Request Return" and fill the form
