International Shipping

Tracking & Order Status
We provide tracking information for all physical product shipments. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and it will also be available in your account dashboard.
How to Track Your Order
- Log in to your Archimex Shop account
- Navigate to "My Orders" in your dashboard
- Find the order you want to track and click "Track Order"
- You'll be directed to our tracking system or the carrier's website to view real-time updates
Order Status Definitions
- Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared.
- Shipped: Your order has been shipped and is in transit.
- Out for Delivery: Your order is with the local delivery service and will be delivered today.
- Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the shipping address.
- Delayed: There is a temporary delay in processing or shipping your order.
Shipping FAQs
What happens if I'm not home to receive my package?
Depending on the carrier, they will either leave the package in a safe place, attempt delivery the next business day, or leave a note with instructions on how to collect your package.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, but only if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and the new shipping address.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes for standard shipping. However, express and priority shipping options may require a physical street address.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or process a replacement/refund.
